What is the correct text for the supplication of our master Gabriel, when was it recited to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and when is it recommended to recite it?

Jibreel recited ruqyah (definition) over the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he complained of illness, saying: "In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye, may Allah cure you, in the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah over you." The other narration is: "In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the envy of an envier, and from every eye, may Allah cure you." This supplication is sunnah (definition) when visiting the sick.
