Will a Muslim be rewarded for sorcery, the evil eye, and all other afflictions, or are there conditions for obtaining the reward?

The calamities for which a Muslim is rewarded are those upon which he shows patience and seeks their reward from Allah, such as being afflicted by the evil eye and magic. Allah Almighty has clarified that patience and reciting "Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un" (Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return) lighten the affliction and motivate one to seek reward. It is also mentioned in the Hadith (definition) that all the affairs of a believer are good: if prosperity befalls him, he is grateful, and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he is patient, and that is good for him. Calamities and tribulations are a test and a sign of Allah's love, so they should not be disliked, for perhaps salvation lies within them.
