The answer

It is not permissible to derive names for Allah Almighty from His attributes and actions if the attribute might imply deficiency or dispraise. All of the Beautiful Names are attributes of praise and commendation and do not include any dispraise or deficiency. Therefore, the names "Al-Mutakallim" (The Speaker) and "Al-Mureed" (The Granter of Will) are not among the transmitted Beautiful Names of Allah, because speech and will can be either praiseworthy or blameworthy.
