Is it necessary to look for another job because colleagues swear by other than Allah?

If colleagues swear by other than Allah, they must be advised and made to understand that swearing is by Allah alone, and that swearing by other than Him is polytheism (shirk (definition)). One should denounce evil to the best of their ability, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is unable to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith." This requires denouncing evil whenever it is found, unless doing so would lead to a greater mischief.
