What is the ruling on working with people who curse the Lord and religion and do not pray, knowing that the worker forbids them from that and cannot find an alternative to this job?

Cursing God or religion is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. Report anyone who curses God to the official authorities if it is effective. Do not sit with them when they utter disbelief. Continue to admonish and invite them [to Islam]. Remaining in a job with them is permissible, provided you denounce the evil, until you find another job free from such evil.
