Is it permissible to inform a supervisor about a colleague who curses the Divine Being and religion when angry, without first advising him, for fear of his disbelief?

Cursing Allah, His Messenger, and the religion is disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. The one who does so is not excused by ignorance or anger, unless he has lost his sanity. Whoever curses Allah, whether in jest or seriously, has committed an act of disbelief. Cursing the religion is apostasy. The one who curses should first be advised and warned about Allah. If he persists in his error, then those who are capable of changing the evil should be informed.
