Will Almighty God reward the servant for good with good, and for evil with evil, or are there other measures unknown to us?

Allah accepts sincere repentance, expiates sins, and transforms evil deeds into good ones, as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. One must be sincere in their actions and guard their tongue from words of polytheism (shirk (definition)), because shirk nullifies good deeds. A person who repents from evil will not be punished for it if their repentance is accepted, and whoever does good will be rewarded for it. Good deeds atone for minor sins, but major sins require specific repentance; otherwise, the fate of the one who commits them is subject to the will of Allah.
