The answer

We have previously clarified in earlier fatwas that it is impermissible to watch films that contain forbidden matters or concepts contrary to Islam. However, whoever disapproves in their heart of what is in them that contradicts Islamic creed does not commit apostasy by watching them, even if they have committed a sin.

Accordingly, watching such films as those mentioned in the current question is impermissible, whether they insult and mock Christ, peace be upon him, or elevate him beyond his status and ascribe divinity to him. Furthermore, it is not permissible at all to portray the character of any prophet, and watching such portrayals is likewise forbidden.

As for linking this to disbelief (kufr), we advise the questioner to stop watching these films and not to indulge in obsessive thoughts regarding matters of disbelief.
