Is it permissible to place toys depicting small children in a child's room, and is it permissible for decoration?

Placing toys, such as figurines, in children's rooms for them to play with is permissible, as it was reported that 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not object to her playing with winged horses. However, taking pictures for decoration is unlawful. If your sisters are young, there is no harm in them playing with those figurines.
