Is the Hadith: "By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, if a man has intercourse with his wife while there is a wakeful child in the house seeing them and hearing their words and their breathing, he will never succeed. If it is a boy, he will be a fornicator, or if it is a girl, she will be a fornicatrix" authentic?

This Hadith (definition) is not found except in the books of innovators, and its chain of narration contains unknown narrators, which indicates its inauthenticity. As for a man's refraining from approaching his wife in the presence of discerning children, scholars have explicitly stated this, and it is supported by the command for seeking permission during the three times of privacy mentioned in Surat An-Nur.
