What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whoever looks at the private parts of a woman not lawful to him, her mother and daughter become unlawful to him, and the woman becomes unlawful to his ascendants and descendants"?

The aforementioned Hadith: "He who looks at the private parts of a woman not lawful to him, her mother and her daughter become unlawful to him," was narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah from Umm Hani. The rest of the text is not part of the Hadith's wording. This Hadith is weak and cannot be used as a proof. It has been deemed weak by Al-Bayhaqi, Al-Hafiz, and Al-Albani, due to issues in its chain of transmission (Isnad), as it is断开 (disconnected) and مجهول (unknown). Furthermore, its narrator, Al-Hajjaj ibn Artat, is not considered reliable.
