Naming Children

• What is the authenticity of the story narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding Jibreel (peace be upon him) taking care of the Samiri as a child, enabling him to recognize Jibreel because of that, which led him to grasp a handful from his trace? And is there any evidence for the authenticity of this story?
• Is a son permitted to disobey his father if the latter treats him differently from his siblings?
• Is it permissible for a father to favor some of his children in giving without the others, and would he incur sin for that? And what is the ruling of Sharia on the dispute that arises among children due to the father's favoritism of one of them in material gifts?

• How can the Sayyids be descendants of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), knowing that he had no sons and that lineage is traced through the son, not the daughter?

• Is the failure to buy a suitable school uniform for the mother and sister considered "unjust" to the other siblings, and is it permissible to use the bag and shoes that were bought for me?

• How can it be said that the narration of Ibn Abbas about the children who spoke in the cradle is sound and authentic and not Israeiliyyat, while Sheikh Al-Albani weakens it and considers it false, and it is said that Hammad heard from Ata’ before and after his اختلاط, and that Ata’ would raise Mawqufat, in addition to the Hadith not being narrated through another chain, and that the story of the witness for Yusuf in the Quran indicates that he was a man and not a child, as Al-Albani pointed out?
• How is an agricultural land with an area of 36 hectares divided among 6 sons, 6 daughters, and one wife, without selling it?
• What is the share of each heir from the estate if the deceased is survived by: a mother, two sons, and four daughters?
• What is the share of each heir from the estate of the deceased, and does the husband of the deceased daughter inherit from her grandfather?
• How is the inheritance distributed if the heirs are: a mother, 15 sons, 14 daughters, 8 full brothers, 3 full sisters, 7 paternal half-brothers, and 11 paternal half-sisters?
• Is it permissible for children to demand from their father, who covered the wedding expenses of his eldest son but refused to cover the weddings of his other children who are less financially able, the same amount he spent on their eldest brother?
• Is the widespread saying: "Teach your young children Surat Al-Fatihah, for they will recite it throughout their lives, and Insha'Allah you will be rewarded for it," correct, and will the one who teaches a child receive a reward for their recitation of Al-Fatihah throughout their lives?
• What is the ruling regarding the children of a free woman married to a slave, and do they follow their father in slavery according to the Hanafi school of thought?
• What is the ruling on naming with names mentioned in the the Qur’an, such as "Sundus," "Istabraq," and "Afnan," knowing that they are rare in Islamic history?
• Does a woman, whom her husband divorced after discovering that she was bewitching him and feeding him witchcraft, have a legal right to maintenance, even though they have no children, given that it was agreed to divorce her in exchange for not filing a criminal lawsuit against her?
