The best for slaughtering the ' for a male is two sheep, but if one sheep is slaughtered, it is sufficient and fulfills the , based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "For a boy, two sheep, and for a girl, one sheep." And slaughtering the 'Aqiqah is better than giving its price in charity.
