Naming the newborn at the time of sacrificing the is legislated, for the Prophet offered aqiqah for Al- and Al-Husayn, and he said: "Say, 'In the name of Allah, Allah is the greatest. O Allah, this is the aqiqah of so-and-so.'" There is no objection to adding his lineage to him or to his mother.
