What is the supplication that the father or mother says when slaughtering the aqiqah for the newborn, and is the aqiqah named after the new baby, and is it a condition to bring the newborn when slaughtering his aqiqah?

When slaughtering the 'aqiqah (definition), it is prescribed to say "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) and "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the Greatest). Additionally, one should add: "This is the 'aqiqah of so-and-so," based on what was reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, slaughtered two sheep as 'aqiqah for Al-Hasan (definition) and Al-Husayn and commanded that it be said: "In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, to You and from You, this is the 'aqiqah of so-and-so." As narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah: "One says 'Bismillah' over the 'aqiqah just as one says it over the sacrificial animal: 'Bismillah, 'aqiqah of so-and-so.'" There is no specific supplication for the newborn at the time of slaughtering, but it is recommended for the parent to praise Allah and ask Him for blessings for the newborn, that they reach maturity, and that their righteousness be granted. Al-Hasan Al-Basri also taught a supplication in which he would say: "May Allah bless you in what He has granted, may you be grateful to the Giver, may he reach maturity, and may you be granted his righteousness." It is not required to bring the newborn present at the time of slaughtering.
