Is it permissible for a married woman who wears the khimar to remove her khimar and gloves in front of her husband's adult brothers and her non-mahram relatives, given the hadith: "The in-law is death"?

A woman must cover her face and hands from all non-mahram (definition) men and avoid being alone with them, especially the husband's relatives. This is because frequent interaction with non-mahrams weakens shyness, emboldens the soul towards disobedience, and leads to fitna and the commission of sin. The Permanent Committee was asked a similar question and responded: "There is no harm in your brothers living with you in one dwelling, provided that your wife is modest in her dress, observes hijab (definition), and none of your brothers are alone with her in the house."
