The answer

It is necessary to avoid taking pictures in public places where women are likely to appear, and to delete their pictures if they appear in them, unless their appearance was unintentional, distant, and unclear, making them unidentifiable. In such cases, there is no harm in keeping them. As for clear pictures of women: if they are wearing full, শরعي (Shar'i) , it is not forbidden to keep them unless there is a fear of fitna (temptation or discord), though it is more cautious to delete them. However, if they show any part of their bodies, or if there is a fear of fitna, then it is not permissible to keep them.
