We advise you to choose a place where sins are few, and goodness and its people are abundant, and where there are those who will help you obey Allah, even if it is more crowded. The determining factor for the permissibility of residing in any place is: the ability to openly practice the rituals of the religion, and the safety from temptation for oneself and one's family.
