What is the ruling on profiting from animation advertisements that include drawing parts of animate beings (such as hands and feet) for inanimate objects (like a phone) that speak?

Designing images of animate beings is a matter of dispute, and digital design is easier. The questioner may limit himself to drawing inanimate objects with a hand and a foot, or expressive images where the facial features are not clear, or by obscuring the eyes, nose, and mouth from them. This does not fall under the prohibition.
