What is the legal ruling on a school system that includes a communal recitation of Al-Fatiḥah, performing the royal salute and the national anthem with music, a broadcast segment presenting Prophetic حديث (sayings) or national anthems or wisdom, and physical exercises?

Regularly reciting Al-Fatiha in unison and with one voice during the school assembly is an added innovation (bid'ah idafiyyah), because it involves adherence to a specific manner and form that has not been mentioned in the Sharia (definition). As for standing before the flag to sing the national anthem, and the musical instruments accompanying it, its ruling and prohibition have already been explained in previous fatwas.
