What is the ruling on saying: "Al-Fatihah for the Prophet" and "Al-Fatihah for Allah"?

Reciting Al-Fatiha and dedicating its reward to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is an innovation (bid'ah) that has no basis in Islamic law. Every new matter is an innovation, and every innovation is misguidance. The phrase "Al-Fatiha is for Allah" has no legal basis either; it is a common saying whose wording and meaning are strange. Acts of remembrance (adhkar) and worship (ibadat) are based on divine injunction and emulation, and no one is permitted to legislate for people a type of remembrance that is not prescribed. Reciting Al-Fatiha is prescribed only in prayer and for reciting over the sick. As for reciting it for everything, such as inaugurating ceremonies, it is an innovation.
