The answer

It is recommended to hold fast to Allah, for He answers the supplication of the distressed. One should beware of fearing Satan, because his plot is weak. It is advised to engage frequently in the remembrance of Allah and to observe the morning and evening adhkar. One should also perform upon oneself with the Mu'awwidhat. It is permissible to seek ruqyah from someone known for their uprightness. If it is confirmed that the mother is practicing magic, then it is advised to treat her gently, offer her sincere advice, and supplicate for her. Furthermore, if the girl is not married, it is recommended to seek a righteous husband.
