Is it permissible to raise one's voice with Takbir and the collective remembrance of Allah (Dhikr) in order to avert a calamity?

Raising the voice with takbir to ward off affliction is not from the Sunnah (definition), and it is legally disliked (makruh (definition)), even in instances where remembrance (dhikr) is prescribed. In the hadith (definition) of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Be easy on yourselves, for you are not calling upon one who is deaf or absent. Indeed, He is with you; He is All-Hearing, Ever-Near." Al-Qastalani said: "This indicates the dislike of raising the voice in supplication and remembrance, and this was the opinion of the general body of the early Muslims (salaf)." There is no mention in the Sharia (definition) of remembering Allah in a group with a collective voice for the sake of affliction.
