"There is no might nor power except with Allah" is a phrase of submission and delegation to Allah, meaning that there is no creator other than Him and no repeller of His command, and that the servant possesses nothing. It was also said: there is no turning away from disobedience to Allah except through His protection, and no strength for obedience to Him except through His help.
