Is it permissible to say "there is no might from the امر (command/affair) of Allah" instead of "there is no might and no power except with Allah"?

The phrase "لا حول الله" (There is no might of Allah) is incorrect and contradicts the profound meaning of the saying "لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله" (There is no might nor power except with Allah). It distorts the apparent meaning and negates might from Allah, whereas the correct meaning is that there is no movement, ability, or stratagem except by the will and assistance of Allah. Therefore, it is impermissible to utter this phrase, and one who says it should be taught to pronounce the complete legitimate remembrance to attain its reward.
