Do repeated divorces uttered by a husband while in a state of extreme anger, or under psychological pressure, or while his wife is verbally abusing him, or during a state of ritual impurity (janabah) count, knowing that the wife suffers from a psychological disorder, and that they love each other and have children from her previous marriage?

Not all anger prevents a divorce from occurring. There is a detailed explanation for cases of divorce during anger. If a divorce occurs with an explicit pronouncement, it becomes effective and its consequences follow without expiation. The husband is advised to use wisdom in denouncing evil, and the wife to fear Allah and adhere to the Sacred Law.
