Is it permissible to accept land for building an Islamic center in the United States, provided that its administration is subject to the laws of the state and the university, that the university has the right to revoke the donation, and that the center is for all people, not just Muslims?

This endowment is not permissible to accept due to the harms that would result from it, such as the center becoming subject to the laws of the university and the state, which may contradict Islam, and the fact that the centers would be for Muslims and non-Muslims alike, which means the establishment of non-Islamic rituals, as well as the condition of the donor's right to revoke the endowment and transfer ownership to the university, and other matters that violate Sharia (definition).
