Does one who dies without an oath of allegiance to an Imam in countries with monarchical rule die a death of Jahiliyyah?

The meaning of "Jahiliyya death" (pre-Islamic era death) is dying in a state similar to that of the people of Jahiliyya, where there was no general ruler to be heard and obeyed. It does not mean dying as a disbeliever; rather, it means dying as a sinner. It is sufficient for anyone other than the people of authority (Ahl al-Hall wal-Aqd) to believe in their submission to the Imam's obedience, and to hear and obey him.
