Will cutting off family ties lead one to Hell if the reason for it was fraud and conspiracy on the part of relatives concerning inheritance rights and verbal abuse? And what is the solution for this, despite the intense hatred for these relatives?

Maintaining kinship ties (Silat al-Rahim) is obligatory, and severing them is forbidden, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A severer of kinship will not enter Paradise." Therefore, it is not permissible to abandon aunts, even if they behave badly or commit injustice. Rather, maintaining ties with them is obligatory, but in a manner that does not cause harm.
