Is the Hadith, "And an oppressive vein has no right," authentic?

This Hadith has multiple chains of transmission ( طرق ), none of which are without some criticism ( مقال ), yet they strengthen each other. Some scholars of Hadith have deemed its chain of transmission Hasan (good), and some have deemed it Sahih (authentic). The chains of transmission for this Hadith have been investigated by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Bari, by Ibn Battal in Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari, and by Ibn Abd al-Barr in Al-Tamhid. Among contemporary scholars, Sheikh Al-Albani authenticated it in Irwa al-Ghalil. It becomes clear that the aforementioned Hadith came through multiple chains of transmission, which strengthen each other, and that it is thus suitable for use as evidence ( يحتج به ), being either Hasan or Sahih.
