How did Allah become angry at the death of John (peace be upon him), despite His foreknowledge of his death?

Indeed, Allah Almighty knows everything and has it written with Him. Despite His knowledge of His servants' actions, He loves the obedient and dislikes the disobedient. Thus, His anger towards those who disobey Him, or kill His prophets, or commit atheism, or polytheism, or disbelief, does not contradict His foreknowledge of these actions, just as His anger towards the Jews for their killing of prophets and their disbelief. There are texts that show His anger towards certain peoples for their actions and His love for others for their deeds.
