Is it permissible to perform ghusl and fast Ramadan twenty days after a C-section, with light brown discharge and the wound still not healed?

If the brownish discharge (al-kudrah) is connected to the blood, then it is considered nifas (postnatal bleeding) and prevents fasting and prayer. However, if it appears after seeing the white discharge indicating purity (tuhur), then there is a difference of opinion among scholars: some consider it nifas, while others do not.
