Which is better: delaying the Dhuhr prayer on Friday for an hour in order to perform ghusl, or performing the prayer on time and delaying ghusl?

Ablution (ghusl) on Friday is recommended for those who attend the Friday prayer. As for those who do not attend it, they are not required to perform it for the Dhuhr prayer, unless there is another reason.
