Can I make up the Fajr prayer at any time?

Prayer is obligatory at known times, and it is not permissible to delay it beyond them except for one who is asleep without negligence, or one who has forgotten. Whoever misses a prayer must pray it immediately upon remembering it, even if that is during prohibited times, unless they fear that the time for the current prayer will expire, in which case they should pray the current prayer first, then make up the missed one.
