Is it permissible to make up the Fajr prayer?

If someone misses a prayer due to a valid excuse, they are obligated to make it up, according to the consensus of scholars, and this applies equally to Fajr and other prayers. As for someone who abandons a prayer without an excuse until its time expires, the majority of scholars, including the four Imams, hold the view that they are obligated to make it up.
