According to the majority of scholars, performing the Fajr prayer before previously missed prayers is valid. While arranging missed prayers is obligatory, it is not a condition for their validity. We advise the questioner to fear Allah and to observe prayers at their prescribed times. A lecture is not an excuse to abandon the 'Asr prayer until its time has expired. Abandoning the 'Asr prayer or delaying it until its time has expired nullifies good deeds and causes one to lose family and wealth. It is the middle prayer that Allah has commanded to be safeguarded.
