Is it permissible for a man to wear strong perfumes when dealing with women at work, knowing that he does not wear them for his wife at home?

There is no harm in a man wearing perfume, even if he passes by non-mahram women, as long as his intention is not bad. One must have a good opinion of the husband. It is not true that the prohibition of perfume for a pilgrim in ihram is due to mixing with women; rather, it is recommended for him to wear perfume before entering ihram. A man's interaction with women at work is permissible with legitimate Islamic guidelines, and he must lower his gaze. If the work leads to fitnah (temptation), he must leave it unless there is a necessity. The husband must treat his wife well and adorn himself for her, and both spouses should strive to increase affection between them.
