Is it permissible for a woman to wear perfume in her home when non-mahram men are present?

A woman is not permitted to wear perfume in the presence of non-mahram men who can smell its scent, whether that is in her home or outside of it. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Any woman who perfumes herself and passes by people so that they can smell her fragrance is a an adulteress." However, if men cannot smell her fragrance, then there is no harm upon her.
