Is there any truth to some people's accusation that Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab excommunicated Muslims and shed their blood, and to their interpretation that the polytheism of the Arab idolaters was in both rububiyyah and uluhiyyah, contrary to what was stated regarding their monotheism in rububiyyah?

The polytheists acknowledged rububiyah (Lordship), such as their belief in creation, but their faith was not complete because they doubted Allah's power, denied resurrection, buried their daughters alive, and attributed rainfall to celestial bodies.
