The answer

The entire limb must be washed up to the bleeding wound, unless doing so would cause harm. The निकलने of blood after washing does not invalidate ablution. Muslims prayed with their wounds, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed while a man was bleeding. Ibn Umar squeezed a pimple and blood came out, but he did not perform ablution. However, if the water changes due to the blood, the rest of the limb will not be purified, because pure water is a condition for the validity of ablution.
