How authentic is the Hadith: "A man should not lead a people in prayer when they are unwilling for him to do so"?

The hadith mentioned regarding this is authentic in its first part, which states: "There are three whose prayer Allah will not accept: one who leads a people while they dislike him." This is restricted to a religious dislike for a sharia-compliant reason, not a non-religious dislike. Also, the ones who dislike him must be the majority of the congregants, or among the people of religion and virtue, even if they are few. The dislike of one, two, or three individuals is not considered if the congregants are a large group. If the Imam is not unjust, then the sin is upon those who dislike him.
