Otherwise, selling them would be forbidden, because in that case, it would fall under aiding in sin. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Roses and plants fulfill an innate human need, which is to enjoy seeing beauty, and Allah is beautiful and loves beauty.
