The issue of "Ijara Muntahia Bittamleek" (leasing ending in ownership) has been discussed extensively, and the opinions of scholars on it have been conveyed in previous fatwas. The questioner should review them and then apply the conditions for permissibility or prohibition mentioned therein to his company. If the conditions for permissibility are not met, then it is forbidden for him to continue working with it, due to aiding in what is unlawful. If they are met, then there is no harm upon him. He should avoid defrauding customers to pay installments before their due date, and he should stay away from deception, lying, and injustice, so as not to be an accomplice in sin and aggression. It is not permissible to obey the manager in defrauding customers, for there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator.
