Is it permissible to employ a woman as a manager for a mosque that people frequent only at prayer times and that remains closed during other times?

If a woman's work is within the mosque and among women, there is no harm in it. However, if her work involves men, then adherence to Sharia (definition) guidelines is required, such as wearing the hijab (definition), avoiding khalwa (definition) (private seclusion with a man who is not a mahram (definition)), and not speaking in a soft and alluring manner. It is better for a woman not to see men, nor for men to see her. These rulings are not affected by whether the mosque is open or closed, or by the presence of people during prayer times or otherwise.
