What is the difference between Fajr and Subh prayers, and is it permissible for a menstruating woman to recite the Qur'an?

The Fajr prayer is the Subh prayer, and it consists of two audible rak'ahs. Its time is from the appearance of dawn until sunrise. Some jurists refer to the pre-Fajr sunnah prayer as the Fajr prayer, and the obligatory prayer as the Subh prayer. As for a menstruating woman reciting the Qur'an, the majority of scholars prohibit it, while Malik, Shafi'i, and Ahmad permit it, and this is the more correct opinion; due to the hadith of Aisha during Hajj, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, only forbade her from circumambulating the Kaaba.
