Is it permissible for a father to grant his daughters, during his lifetime, a house consisting of four apartments and a sum of money, on condition that they do not dispose of them until after his death, knowing that he owns other properties?

If the father intended the gift as a will (bequest), then it is invalid and cannot be executed without the consent of the heirs, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no will for an heir, unless the heirs wish it." However, if he intended a legitimate gift (hiba), then he must enable each daughter to take possession of what was gifted to her and dispose of it if she is of sound judgment; otherwise, he should safeguard it for her. The daughters must clarify the father's intention before his death.
