It is permissible for a father to donate his wealth to his daughter or divide his inheritance during his lifetime, as long as he does not intend to harm the heirs. However, it is preferable not to do so if there is a possibility of needing the money. It is a condition for the gift (hiba) to be immediately effective, such as registering the two apartments in the names of your daughters during your lifetime and good health, and not to make the gift contingent upon death, because there is no bequest for an heir.
