What is the ruling on undergoing surgery to change God's creation due to psychological harm?

Allah Almighty says about Satan: "And I will surely command them, and they will alter the creation of Allah." Altering Allah’s creation is an act of obedience to Satan, who commands nothing but evil. It has been authentically narrated from the Prophet (ﷺ) that he said: "May Allah curse the women who do tattoos and have them done, and those who pluck eyebrows and have them plucked, and those who file teeth for beauty, altering Allah’s creation." An exception to this alteration is when it is intended to remove a defect, such as treating a flaw resulting from an accident or illness.
