Is it permissible to reclaim financial rights from a private company in Egypt that wronged an employee, knowing full well he was unable to leave the job?

If you are certain that the company has wronged you and unlawfully withheld some of your rights, you may take your right without transgressing. This is known as "al-Dhafr bil-Haqq" (securing one's right). However, it is essential to be certain of the injustice, not merely to suspect it. If the company and the employee agreed upon a wage and the employee accepted it, then the employee is not permitted to take additional money under the pretext that the wage is unsuitable, for Muslims are bound by their conditions.
