Is a divorce valid if its utterance was voiced twice in a low tone, unintentionally, and in a moment of absentmindedness and distraction, and without the intention to speak, knowing that the speaker suffers from a problem of imagination and obsessive doubts?

Divorce does not occur through doubt, for the original state is the continuation of the marriage. Therefore, if a man doubts whether he has divorced his wife or not, she is not divorced, and he may have intercourse with her, assuming the continuation of the marriage. Likewise, the divorce of a person suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder does not occur. And uttering divorce in a state of imagination without intending the pronouncement does not constitute a divorce, due to the absence of intention.
